After 11 years in consulting the Agency has exceeded the bounds of providing just separate consulting services (market analysis, business-planning, corporate analysis etc.) and now it works on the complex tasks and assignments (from forming a business-idea to the implementation of the project) for private business and public utilities development.

Broad contacts in the Russian business environment and in the national system of state and municipal governing as well as diversified and positive international experience creates necessary prerequisites for the Agency to provide an efficient and effective assistance to its clients.

Investment Planning

REDA takes part in searching and promoting investment projects and provides the following services:

Preliminary project analysis (project idea, project status). Based on the results of the analysis the decision is taken on the project promotion.

Coordination of terms and volume of services with the project owner.

Business-plan work out (if needed) or evaluation of the existing business-plan.

Investment memorandum preparation for a potential investor.

Potential investors search.

Working out financial options.

Preparation of documents for the investor.

By the agreement with the investor or project owner the Agency can also be engaged in the project management.

Projects implemented

In 2006 - 2008 the Agency has been taking an active part in a big scale investment project preparation and implementation (service of gas and oil mains of Gasprom).

The Agency:

- made analysis of the project economic efficiency, business-plan, also in English;
- performed potential investors search and found the most relevant;
- took part in working out the project financing mechanisms;
- participated in preparing banking documents, conducted negotiations with international bankers.

As a result:

- project financing approved on good conditions,
- project management system build up;
- contracts signed.

The non-for-profit partnership ingrates the efforts of the Russian and international actors of the process of energy efficiency and energy saving rise in industries, building sector, transport and public utilities.

The Partnership introduces tested international technical and financial tools and mechanisms in energy saving.

The Partnership acts as an initiator, a participant and a project manager in international projects on municipal infrastructure modernization, energy saving, alternative energy use, energy management system implementation.
