After 11 years in consulting the Agency has exceeded the bounds of providing just separate consulting services (market analysis, business-planning, corporate analysis etc.) and now it works on the complex tasks and assignments (from forming a business-idea to the implementation of the project) for private business and public utilities development.

Broad contacts in the Russian business environment and in the national system of state and municipal governing as well as diversified and positive international experience creates necessary prerequisites for the Agency to provide an efficient and effective assistance to its clients.

REDA runs national and international seminars on a regular basis. In 1998 - 2008 more than 20 events were held, including 19 international.

2009

Energy audit training day (best practices and results of the Finnish Energy Audit Programms in industries and public sector)
Subject: modern and tested methods and mechanisms of energy audit, ways of using its results for raising energy efficiency in production and consumption.
Participants: general managers and specialists of energy audit and engineering companies, management companies in housing sector, regional and local authorities of St. Petersburg, Leningrad oblast, Voronezh and Moscow, 36 people.

The opportunities of doing business in Russia, Tallinn, Estonia
Discussed: legal support of the Estonian companies in Russia; mechanism establishing a company, tax system, customs rules and procedures, entering the Russian market details, advertising support.
Partisipants: top managers of the Estonian companies from different branches (building, construction materials, food production, transport), 46 participants.

The seminar "Energy saving and energy efficiency for industrial small and medium enterprises: innovative technical, organizational and financial solutions"
Subject: innovative technical, organizational and financial solutions for raising energy efficiency in the industrial sector and practical examples of implementing these instruments in national and international projects.

Subject: Acting legislation acts on self-governing, peculiarities of administrative structures of self-governing, organization of elections to local representative bodies, international cooperation of municipalities.

Management of municipal property
Subject: Acting legislation on municipal property; methods and financial and economic tools of managing municipal property; best practice of municipalities of Russia and Finland.

Managing social and economic development of a municipality. Reforming the system of local self-governing.
Subject: Actual problems of management social and economic development in the time of reforms of self-governing; practice of administrative changes at local level; new forms of cooperation between local authorities and business. 65 representatives of local authorities, municipal support organizations, municipal councils participated in all 3 seminars.

Sustainable development of housing and communal services sector
Subject: cooperation of local authorities and business in communal infrastructure modernization, public-private partnership in housing and communal services sector, role of business in financing housing and communal services sector.

Recycling of manure at cattle-breeding farms and poultry plants
The problems of treating big volumes of manure and way of solving them were discussed. Also opportunities of producing some useful products were revealed. 15 representatives of agriholdings and special companies participated.

Russian-Italian economic cooperation
Subject: business practice in Italy, setting up joint Russian-Italian businesses.

The non-for-profit partnership ingrates the efforts of the Russian and international actors of the process of energy efficiency and energy saving rise in industries, building sector, transport and public utilities.

The Partnership introduces tested international technical and financial tools and mechanisms in energy saving.

The Partnership acts as an initiator, a participant and a project manager in international projects on municipal infrastructure modernization, energy saving, alternative energy use, energy management system implementation.
