After 11 years in consulting the Agency has exceeded the bounds of providing just separate consulting services (market analysis, business-planning, corporate analysis etc.) and now it works on the complex tasks and assignments (from forming a business-idea to the implementation of the project) for private business and public utilities development.

Broad contacts in the Russian business environment and in the national system of state and municipal governing as well as diversified and positive international experience creates necessary prerequisites for the Agency to provide an efficient and effective assistance to its clients.

The Agency concentrates its special attention on introducing innovative managerial, technical and financial solutions to the Russian business.

Promotion of materials

Promotion of innovative materials of national and/or international design and production is relatively new service of the Agency. This service is still in the forming period and includes now:

selection of materials for company aims and objectives;
preparation of information materials;
strategy/action plan development for the materials use;
search for national/international partners, clarifying forms and mechanisms of cooperation;
working out financing options.

Works implemented

Since 2006 the Agency together with its German partner is being engaged in promotion of composite materials which have a wide range of use: building, energy, industries, shipbuilding, transport, communal infrastructure.
These materials substitute traditional materials: concrete, stone, metal, wood and yield to them in strength and other specifications and even exceed them in many aspects.
In the project run:

priority areas of materials use were defined;
Russian pilot companies and organizations were chosen;
information set was prepared;
economic estimation was made for some pilot objects;
international partners were short-listed;
issues of materials supply and production were coordinated.

The results (for the moment):

RZD management took decision to use the materials in modernization of rail way infrastructure, pilot objects were approved, financing is allocated;
work has started to build up a plant producing materials for different purposes;
international project is arranged in which companies from Germany, Russia, Poland and Finland take part.

The non-for-profit partnership ingrates the efforts of the Russian and international actors of the process of energy efficiency and energy saving rise in industries, building sector, transport and public utilities.

The Partnership introduces tested international technical and financial tools and mechanisms in energy saving.

The Partnership acts as an initiator, a participant and a project manager in international projects on municipal infrastructure modernization, energy saving, alternative energy use, energy management system implementation.
