After 11 years in consulting the Agency has exceeded the bounds of providing just separate consulting services (market analysis, business-planning, corporate analysis etc.) and now it works on the complex tasks and assignments (from forming a business-idea to the implementation of the project) for private business and public utilities development.

Broad contacts in the Russian business environment and in the national system of state and municipal governing as well as diversified and positive international experience creates necessary prerequisites for the Agency to provide an efficient and effective assistance to its clients.

To promote equipment of international companies to the national market the Agency provides the following services:

preparation of information materials;

organization of test use of equipment;

presentation of equipment;

Introduction of French equipment for monitoring water pipe lines system
The aimо was to evaluate technical and economic effect of new equipment use.
In the project run:

water treatment enterprises (vodokanals) were chosen (3);
procedure of testing was worked out: time, specialists, reporting;
specialists of the enterprise were trained;
equipment was installed;
methods (manual) of economic evaluation of the equipment effect was prepared.

The result:

equipment went through test use;
peculiarities were revealed which affect the use of equipment in the regional climatic environment;
recommendations for equipment promotion were worked out.

The non-for-profit partnership ingrates the efforts of the Russian and international actors of the process of energy efficiency and energy saving rise in industries, building sector, transport and public utilities.

The Partnership introduces tested international technical and financial tools and mechanisms in energy saving.

The Partnership acts as an initiator, a participant and a project manager in international projects on municipal infrastructure modernization, energy saving, alternative energy use, energy management system implementation.
