After 11 years in consulting the Agency has exceeded the bounds of providing just separate consulting services (market analysis, business-planning, corporate analysis etc.) and now it works on the complex tasks and assignments (from forming a business-idea to the implementation of the project) for private business and public utilities development.

Broad contacts in the Russian business environment and in the national system of state and municipal governing as well as diversified and positive international experience creates necessary prerequisites for the Agency to provide an efficient and effective assistance to its clients.

Norwegian producer of sanitary engineering equipment: analysis of the Russian market entry opportunities was made, meetings with 7 potential partners were organized, a process of establishing cooperation started with one company.

Group of Swedish companies (4) offering integrated managerial and technical solutions in municipal energy (local biofuel systems): survey of Leningrad oblast bioenergy sector was made, meetings with local authorities, educational centers and companies were organized, preparation of a municipal bioenergy project started.

Swedish company offering energy saving equipment for outdoor lightning: survey of outdoor lightning in St. Petersburg was made, meetings with local energy companies were organized, an agreement was reached with one company to start pilot project.

Swedish producer of lightning equipment and sun-following digits: 8 meetings with the profile companies were organized, process of establishing cooperation started.

Scandinavian company, the biggest in waste recycling: analysis of solid waste market in St. Petersburg and Leningrad oblast was made, partners were found, visit of the company's top managers was arranged, presentation for the Board of directors was prepared, actions on the company's regional business were taken.

Danish producer of equipment for conveying liquids in motor-car industry and refrigeration industry: over 20 partners from the Central Russia were found.

Danish company interested in purchasing corrugated cardboard and particle boards: 27 suppliers from 5 regions of the European part of Russia were found.

English producer of packaging equipment: 5 distributors were found in St. Petersburg.

English company - designer of software for technical processes monitoring in industries: 8 meetings were arranged in Moscow.

The Partnership introduces tested international technical and financial tools and mechanisms in energy saving.

The Partnership acts as an initiator, a participant and a project manager in international projects on municipal infrastructure modernization, energy saving, alternative energy use, energy management system implementation.
