After 11 years in consulting the Agency has exceeded the bounds of providing just separate consulting services (market analysis, business-planning, corporate analysis etc.) and now it works on the complex tasks and assignments (from forming a business-idea to the implementation of the project) for private business and public utilities development.
Broad contacts in the Russian business environment and in the national system of state and municipal governing as well as diversified and positive international experience creates necessary prerequisites for the Agency to provide an efficient and effective assistance to its clients.

Strategic plan of social and economic development of urban settlement "Nizhny Odes" for 2009-2015, Republic of Komi
The main idea of the plan is to provide conditions for the urban settlement's sustainable development, raising energy efficiency of city municipal infrastructure as well.

Concept of waste management in Murmansk Oblast
A classical concept was prepared that included recommendations and mechanisms of rational and environmentally safety solid waste management, adjustment of regional legislation and tariff policy as well as business involvement. The concept was approved by the Governor and regional parliament.

Strategic plan of public utilities development in Kirovsky municipal rajon of Leningrad oblast
Analysis of the rajon's housing and communal services was made. A strategic plan for the period till 2008 was prepared which main idea was to raise the management efficiency of housing and communal services sector and transfer the market principles to it.

Utilazing wood waste at Onezhsky LDK in Arkhangelsk oblast (Sweden)
Transfer of the Swedish bioenergy know-how and conversion the plant's energy system from fossil to biofuel. Energy and economic audit was made and relevant recommendations were worked out.
Refurbishment of water supply and water treatment system of the Summer Palace in Pushkin (Denmark)
Modernization of the boiler house, training of specialists for running the system.
